Our rates, based on an occupancy of up to eight (8) people:
| Weekly (Friday-Thursday): | $1000 (Nov-May) $1200 (Jun-Oct) |
| Daily (3 day minimum): | $150/day (Nov-May) $175/day (Jun-Oct) |
| Additional Persons: | $25/day |
Rates include seasonal use of 1 rowboat and 2 kayaks with associated gear. Additional kayaks rent for $30/day.
Winter rentals includ the use of up to 8 pairs of snowshoes.
All linens and housewares (including coffee maker) are provided. Please bring your own toiletries.
A non-refundable deposit of $125 is required when making your reservation. Reservations cancelled with less than 14 days notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 1/3 the total rental cost.
A damage/cleaning deposit of $50 is required if you will be bringing pets. This deposit is refundable if your pet is well-behaved.
